FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – February 2, 2012 – BCG Systems, Inc., a provider of complete technology solutions headquartered in Akron, Ohio, today announced the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for a regional accounting firm. The company, headquartered in Ohio, specializes in traditional tax and accounting services in addition to other areas of expertise including business valuations, litigation support, employee hotlines and performance measurement.
With a firm client base in place, the focus leading up to the recession in 2008 had been placed on maintaining existing business and customer relationships. However, due to the uncertain economic climate, the firm knew they needed to transition into a cycle of active selling, but didn’t have the technology in place to manage customer relationships and detail interactions with clients and prospects.
“In order to execute targeted marketing initiatives, we needed a system in place that would house all customer data in a single location – ensuring data accuracy and accessibility firm-wide,” stated the firm’s marketing manager. “The structure of the account and contact data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM presented itself as a great way to get everyone in sync, firm-wide, when it came to managing customer contact information and details of interactions with our clients.”
Since implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the firm has seen drastic improvements in their ability to track and report on the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. With real-time visibility into lead status and the sales pipeline, firm and marketing decision makers can easily report on campaign status, track return on investment, and simplify ongoing marketing planning.
The firm’s marketing manager continued, “Dynamics CRM has allowed us to connect relationships, market more effectively, improve productivity, and gain actionable insight into our marketing efforts.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – January 10, 2012 – BCG Systems, Inc., a provider of complete technology solutions headquartered in Akron, Ohio, today announced the successful implementation of Network Assurance, a program which includes 24/7 network monitoring, proactive network administration and support services, for Howard, Moore & McDuffie, P.C. (HMM), a certified public accounting firm headquartered in Macon, Georgia.
Having previously relied on a local provider of networking and internet business solutions for network support, the firm sought a technology partner that had experience working with accounting firms and that could bring a level of expertise to meet the specific IT needs of their industry. In addition, Jay Siegelman, manager CPA at HMM, was forced to take on daily IT support activities including specialized software issues, hardware maintenance and installation, and more.
“BCG Systems recommended strategies for improving our IT infrastructure that are designed to minimize costs in the long run,” stated Siegelman. Under the managed services support model, BCG Systems now provides full IT support – including optimizing HMM’s IT infrastructure, and improving issue resolution and security – that previous resources did not allow for.
Since transitioning to the Network Assurance program with BCG Systems, HMM has benefited from the on-going monitoring and maintenance services as well as the 24/7 help desk support that’s just a phone call away.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – December 22, 2011 – BCG Systems, Inc., a provider of complete technology solutions headquartered in Akron, Ohio, today announced the successful implementation of a server virtualization solution for Cornwell Quality Tools. The company, headquartered in Ohio, specializes in the manufacture and distribution of hand tools, power tools, tool storage products, specialty tools, automotive diagnostics, and shop equipment.

“We completed a discovery process to understand Cornwell’s business challenges,” said Ken Klika, BCG Systems’ Director of Networking Services. “We provided them with education of the technologies that are available today to solve some of their problems. “It’s very easy when you’re dealing with BCG Systems because they really pamper you throughout the project,” said Mickey Charlton, Director of Information Technology at Cornwell Quality Tools. “They’re always on top of things – coordination, updates, implementation; and they’re very unintrusive in achieving all of (the aforementioned) items here.”
