"I just wanted to let you know that your engineer has been a tremendous help to me in squaring away some things with our website and other computer issues. I haven't experienced such good customer service with anyone else. He has taken the time to explain things to me and work things out, seeing them all the way through—exactly what was missing with our previous internet service provider and some other companies. I really appreciate that, and I wanted to convey that to you."
